MindSea Foundation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Benefit Corporation Law for public benefit, charitable, educational and scientific purposes.
We make unwavering commitment to offer Free, Fun and Fit edutainment products globally that meet seven (7) criteria advocating the Foundation’s namesake:

Our Mission

 Empower and engage people around the world to:
* * Contribute to an understanding of more effective education through encouragement, development and promotion of edutainment (Education + Entertainment) and related areas of research, development, production and distribution of better learning tools for next generations of global learners.
* * Collect and develop edutainment content under a free license or in the public domain, and to disseminate it effectively worldwide.

Our Initiatives
We shall devote efforts and commit resources to the following initiatives:
1) Ongoing researches that help us understand youth’s evolving learning needs.
2) Active engagement in domestic and international programs that address youth’s unique educational needs using most current technological innovations on a wide variety of media and platforms. 3) Resourceful and cost-effective development, quality assurance, production and distribution of free, fun, fit educational content that makes meaningful and lasting difference in students’ lives.
4) Frequent launch or participation in community-based, multi-lingual outreach campaigns targeting students’ personal, intellectual and skill development to help them learn and grow to reach their highest potential.
5) Focus on “accelerating learners’ RAW talents full STEAM ahead” on the following areas of skill development:
